1]What is your warranty? We offer return to base hardware only, parts and labour warranty on everything we sell. The minimum is 30 days for printers, or for special clearance stock where specified. The maximum is 3 years on new or ex-demo hardware where extended warranty is transferred. This may be on-site. Items purchased via online auction, have no warranty unless stated.
2] Who pays for warranty return freight?. You pay to get to us, and we pay the return freight
3] Do you trade in? Yes, we do trade in hardware against a purchase.
4] Do you sell New? Yes! We are also authorised resellers of all new computer hardware, and we have access to very good prices which we can pass to you.
5] Where do you get your computers from? We source our equipment both Internationally and locally from end-users and large financial institutes. This allows us to ensure good supply and we know where and how the hardware has been used. We only buy the best quality hardware so you can rest assured you are getting only the pick of what is available.

Installation manuals. Installation manuals from the manufacturer are typically not sent with refurbished equipment, but are generally available on-line.
Tips for a trouble-free installation. Before you start we suggest you consider the following 3 points;
Make sure you have an adequate number of properly grounded electrical outlets for your system components
Back up all important data before you make changes to hard disk drives
Check boxes and equipment for damage
